Rent review.


嚴格執行租約條文,保障業主權益
Ensuring compliance of the lease provisions to protect owner's interests


處理電器、水電維修
Arranging maintenance for appliances during tenancy;


按時繳付各項費用,包括差餉、物業稅及管理費等, 可包代申報物業稅
Settlement of expenses, including government rates, property tax and management fees etc.; (could inclusive of reporting letting income.)


跟進室内維修工程及政府部門或業主立案法團發出之維修指令
Handling of interior maintenance and renovation; following up orders and directions issued by the government or incorporated owners


處理租客投訢
Handling tenant complaints


專人跟進逾期繳付租金、追討欠租或收回物業
Monitoring arrears and provision of support to recover overdue rental payments or repossession of the property


於租約屆滿時由專人驗收物業
On-site inspection of the premises upon expiry of the lease


每季(3個月)提供結單,詳列各項收支
Providing seasonal (every 3 months) statements, listing out details of income and expenses for easy reconciliation
