Services includes:

Assisting clients in renting out properties and selecting tenants

Free preparation of lease renewal contract, payment of lease contract stamp duty, declaration of CR-109
Free Lease renewal agreement & Filing stamp duty & CR-109.

Rent review.

Ensuring compliance of the lease provisions to protect owner's interests

Arranging maintenance for appliances during tenancy;

Settlement of expenses, including government rates, property tax and management fees etc.; (could inclusive of reporting letting income.)

Handling of interior maintenance and renovation; following up orders and directions issued by the government or incorporated owners

Handling tenant complaints

Monitoring arrears and provision of support to recover overdue rental payments or repossession of the property

On-site inspection of the premises upon expiry of the lease

Providing seasonal (every 3 months) statements, listing out details of income and expenses for easy reconciliation
