Kamson Property Agency Ltd. was established in Sheung Wan in 2007 and currently has 10 full-time real estate agents in 2 branches. Most of the agents are bilingual. Kamson provides agency services to residential, industrial and commercial shops and parking space, covering new and second-hand markets. In recent years, it has actively expanded overseas and mainland China markets.
At the same time, Kamson Property also provides related professional and value-added services, including: property appraisal, leasing management, mortgage referral, immigration consultant, decoration consultant, etc., to provide customers with one-stop agency services.
Kamson Property Management Ltd. was established in 2015 with the purpose of helping owners, especially those who have immigrated overseas, to manage their tenancy, maintain the property and meet the needs of tenants.
About the founders
Brian obtained a master's degree in Construction Project Management (MSc (CPM)) from the University of Hong Kong in 2017. In 2020, he founded the " Brian.Agency" (地產代理實戰班）to share professional knowledge of real estate agency.
Ken joined the real estate agency in 2000. He has more than 20 years of real estate agency experience and more than 10 years of experience in administrative accounting. He is Licensed Property Manager (tier 1). He is willing to answer the owner's capital flow questions at any time.
In 2015, Kamson Property Management Ltd. was established to help overseas landlords collect rent of their properties in Hong Kong, and solve the issues arises from property leasing.
